Once again, Mary Doria Russell has written an absolutely amazing book. Children of God is the sequel to The Sparrow. Children of God does an incredible job in continuing the story of Emilio Sandoz and telling the tale of the revolution occurring on Rakhat. The two books are seamless; they almost seem like one book written in two separate parts. Both books are highly recommended.
