Partner Yoga: Making Contact for Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual Growth

~by Cain Carroll and Lori Kimata

Partner Yoga was beautifully done: continually stressing the importance of touch, especially in American culture where it is usually avoided, while encouraging the reader to be comfortable and most importantly have fun. The book has a very good layout. The instructions for each pose was accompanied by photographs making them easy to understand and adapt for different body type combinations. Modifications were suggested for many of the postures, making them accessible for most skill levels. The book includes around sixty postures and three flow sequences. Although the authors made it seem they'd invented partner yoga, and I'm pretty sure they didn't, their book is a wonderful resource and very well done.
