Ayurveda for Life

This book is a pretty good introduction to Ayurveda for such a short book. It really only focuses on three areas though: Nutrition, Sexuality, and Healing. She has also included recipes for "wholesome" foods and aphrodisiacs. Her style is easy to read and very clear. The author has written several other books on yoga and Ayurveda.
