This book was extremely interesting. William Blank, "a Rabbi, hypnotherapist, and spiritual counselor and guide," takes a look at the spiritual aspects of Judaism and compares and contrasts them with those of other traditions, investigating the many similarities and parallels. He also discusses aspects of Jung's theories in relation to Jewish spirituality. Throughout the book he provides "Experiences," activities relating to the text to help develop a new sense of spirituality. While the book is entitled Torah, Tarot, and Tantra very little time is devoted to either tarot or tantra.
