~by Rodney Yee and Nina Zolotow
This is a pretty good book on hatha yoga. I really enjoyed the layout and design. I particularly liked the section on poses. Most of the poses included modifications, and all were accompanied by beautiful photographs demonstrating the pose. The book also included eight step-by-step practice sessions and some interesting insights and ways of thinking about yoga. Although I enjoyed it, the book occasionally annoyed me, though I've not been able to determine why.
A very nice, 50-card practice deck of this title also exists.
