Yoga for Beginners

It's cool, because it stands up by itself for easy on-the-mat reference. A nice, basic introduction to hatha yoga. It includes two intense, lengthy sequences: a beginner level and a intermediate level. It also briefly touches on other aspects of yoga other than asana.
